Mr. Qian Feng, Chinese nationality, without right of residence outside China, born in 1973, has a master degree. He once worked for Shenzhen Maritime Safety Administration, and served successively as the member, deputy director, director and deputy director general. He joined the Company as the vice president in 2006 and now is the vice president of the Company.
