The main components of cell culture medium/fluid include inorganic salts, trace elements, amino acids, vitamins, organic acids, nucleosides, purines, etc. CTI Sinotest provides you with quantitative analysis of 30 trace elements and 60 organic compounds, and semi-quantitative scanning analysis of more than 60 elements and 100 organic compounds.
Service Background
The composition of cell culture medium/fluid is critical to cell growth. Monitoring changes in key components of the culture medium is an important part of the biopharmaceutical process.
Applicable Products
Applicable to synthetic cell culture media/fluids.
Service Content
Semi-quantitative scanning analysis Semi-quantitative scanning of elements in culture media by ICP-MS to quickly determine the types and range of trace elements. Semi-quantitative scanning analysis of organic matter in culture medium by LC-MSMS method, choosing analogues as internal standards. |
Quantitative analysis ICP-OES was used to quantitatively analyze the inorganic salts with high content in the medium; ICP-MS was used to quantitatively analyze the trace elements with low content in the medium; and LC-QQQ was used to quantitatively analyze the target substances. The methodological validation meets the relevant requirements of ICH Q2 R2 guidelines. |
