National key R & D plan 'R & D and application of integrated inspection and testing service platform for emerging industries' project launch and implementation scheme consultation meeting smoothly held

On September 24, 2019, the national key R & D plan 'R & D and application demonstration of common key technologies in modern service industry' and the key special project 'R & D and application of integrated inspection and testing service platform for emerging industries' initiated and implemented by Huace testing certification Group Co., Ltd. held in Beijing.

Professor Chai Yueting of Tsinghua University, researcher Liu bisong of China Institute of standardization, Professor Chen Jin of University of international business and economics, and researcher Wang Lianyin of China Network Security Review Technology and certification center attended the meeting and provided consultation and guidance on the project implementation plan. Professor Bai Honghai, vice president of China Inspection and testing society and President of Research Institute of China Inspection and testing certification Group Co., Ltd., as well as project leader and participants, attended the meeting with a total of more than 30 people.

First of all, Dr. Jia Yanhe, high technology research and development center of the Ministry of science and technology, on behalf of the project management unit, put forward requirements for the organization and implementation management of the project. Professor Ni Lansun, the project leader, introduced the overall implementation technical route of the project, the division interface of each main task unit of the project, the objectives of the project phase, the assessment method, the path or step of the project realization, and the corresponding time nodes, etc. The experts of the overall group fully affirmed the early work of the project team, and put forward their opinions and suggestions on the implementation plan. They pointed out that the implementation of the project should focus on the inspection and testing service needs of emerging industries, fully investigate the differences between emerging industries and traditional industries, and study the existing problems of inspection and testing of emerging industries, specifically to one or more target areas, to solve the existing problems We hope that the project will build a real third-party platform, gather the national inspection and testing service resources on the basis of the existing testing resources of the project team, and make contributions to the whole testing industry. As far as the project is concerned, it can not only meet the basic indicators, but also make landmark achievements when the project is completed Dynamic detection and monitoring, integrated resources, collaborative technology and other aspects form their own highlights. Experts also reminded the project team to make a clear agreement on the intellectual property rights of the project.

In combination with the opinions and suggestions of experts, the project team will modify and improve the project assignment. Shenzhen Standardization Research Institute, Shandong University of science and technology, Liaoning University of engineering and technology, Wuhan Customs and Huace testing group, the leading units of each project, respectively convened the research objectives, technical solutions and other issues of each project for discussion. Peking University, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Beijing University of information technology and other participating units have expressed that they will adjust the implementation plan guided by expert opinions, and carry out research on the subject as scheduled under the guidance of the implementation plan.
