CTI has established a four-tier governance structure comprising the Board of Directors, the Strategy and Environmental, Social & Governance Committee, the ESG & Climate Change Management Team, and the ESG & Climate Change Execution Team. Each level has clearly defined responsibilities to ensure that CTI can fully consider the potential impacts, risks, and opportunities of environmental, social, and corporate governance factors in its business decision-making processes.
The Company has established the ESG and Climate Change Management Systems, specifying that the Board of Directors holds the highest authority and ultimate responsibility in ESG issues such as climate change and human rights. The Strategy and Environmental, Social & Governance Committee under the Board is responsible for specific oversight tasks, while the ESG & Climate Change Management Team is tasked with establishing a mechanism for measuring and monitoring ESG and climate change indicators to drive the achievement of ESG and climate change performance goals. The ESG & Climate Change Execution Team continuously implements and advances the Company's ESG and climate change enhancement actions, regularly conducting information gathering, consolidation, and analysis on ESG and climate change, identifying risks and opportunities, and reporting periodically to the ESG & Climate Change Management Team.
