In compliance with the NO.2 Guidelines for Self-regulation and Supervision of Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange - Standardized Operation of Listed Companies on GEM Board and other relevant listing requirements, as well as national regulations and policies, the Group has established a governance framework anchored by the Articles of Association, Rules of Procedure for General Meeting of Shareholders, Rules of Procedure for the Board of Directors, and Rules of Procedure for the Board of Supervisors. We strictly follow these Articles of Association and protocols to ensure clear delineation of responsibilities and standardized operations among shareholders meetings, the Board, the Supervisory Board, and management.
